There is no cost to join our portfolio and you are not locked into a contract. Our owners stay because they enjoy our local hands-on approach to vacation rental management, great rental revenue, and low management costs. Our only focus is vacation rentals of less than 30 days so we manage your condo like a stockbroker, constantly reading the market and adjusting rates accordingly so that you reap the rewards. We don’t nickel and dime our owners and we always vet our guests to protect our owners residences. The days of paying outrageously high commissions plus fees in the Vail valley are coming to an end. Black Diamond has proven that high costs do not equal better results. We only charge a reasonable commission on bookings so we only make money when you make money. And unlike other lower commission management companies, we are fully engaged and local since 2006.
